È VIETATO MANOMETTERE IL SISTE MA DI

CONTROLLO DEI RUMORI.

Si avvisa il proprietario del veicolo che la legge

può proibire quanto segue:

- la rimozione e ogni atto inteso a rendere ino-

perativo, da parte di chiunque, se non per

interventi di manutenzione, riparazio ne o sos-

tituzione, qualsiasi dispositivo o elemento

costitutivo incorporato in un veicolo nuovo,

allo scopo di controllare l’emissione di rumori

prima della vendita o consegna del veicolo

all’acquirente fi nale o mentre viene utilizzato;

- l’uso del veicolo dopo che tale disposi tivo o

elemento costitutivo è stato rimos so o reso

inoperativo.

Controllare la marmitta/silenziatore di scarico e

i tubi del silenziatore, assicu randosi che non ci

siano segni di ruggine o fori e che il sistema di

scarico funzioni correttamente. Nel caso in cui

il rumore prodotto dal sistema di scarico

aumenti, contattare immediatamente un

Conces sionario Ufficiale Derbi.

SYSTEM.

Vehicle owners are warned that the law may

prohibit the following:

- the removal of any device or element belon-

ging to a new vehicle or any other action by

anyone leading to render it non-operating, if

not for maintenance, repair or replacement

reasons, in order to con trol noise emission

before the sale or de livery of the vehicle to

the ultimate buyer or while it is used; and

- using the vehicle after that device or part has

been removed or made non-operat ing.

Check the muffler/exhaust silencer and the

silencer pipes, make sure there are no signs of

rust or holes and that the ex haust system

works properly. If exhaust noise increases,

take your vehicle at once to an Official Derbi

Dealer.

Der Eigentümer wird darauf hingewiesen, dass

gesetzlich folgendes verboten sein kann:

Der Ausbau oder die Außerbetriebnahme außer

für Wartungs-, Reparatur- oder

Austauscharbeiten von Vorrichtungen oder

Bauteilen eines Neufahrzeugs zur Kon trolle der

Geräuschemission vor Verkauf oder Übergabe

an den Endkunden oder während der Nutzung.

und

Der Gebrauch des Fahrzeugs, nachdem die

genannten Vorrichtungen oder Bauteile

ausgebaut oder außer Betrieb gesetzt wurden.

Den Auspuff/ Schalldämpfer und die

Schalldämpferrohre kontrollieren und sicherstel -

len, dass keine Rostspuren oder Löcher

vorhanden sind, und dass das Auspuffsystem

richtig funktioniert. Erhöht sich die

Geräuschentwicklung an der Auspuffanlage,

sofort einen offiziellen Derbi-Vertragshändler

aufsuchen.
